- Education and training for the staff about the defined sales & marketing strategies and actions
- Targeted trainings to support and educate internal junior resources in order for them to acquire within a short term basis and main tools to manage and develop independently the sales and marketing activities
- Audits to assess the level of service and the quality of the product, with the purpose of collecting precious elements for the improvement of the organization structure and the definition of best practices for the operational procedures
- Support in the development of quality management manuals to define the guidelines to follow in the operations and management of the hotel’s departments
